Neuro Routes
At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred support that recognises every individual’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
Helping People Find the Right Route Forward
Neuro Routes provides clear, specialist assessments for individuals, families, employers, insurers, case managers and legal professionals. Our work helps identify needs, understand options and support better decisions.
Vocational Assessments
We assess how a person’s health, injury, disability or neurodivergence may affect their ability to work, return to work or move towards suitable employment.
Mental Capacity Assessments
We provide clear, decision-specific mental capacity assessments to help families, professionals and organisations make informed choices with confidence.
Neurodiversity Coaching
We help identify neurodivergent needs and provide practical recommendations to support everyday life, education, employment and long-term wellbeing.
By combining clinical expertise with vocational knowledge, we help people with mental health needs, neurodivergence, neurological conditions including acquired brain injury and progressive neurological disorders, and those recovering from serious or catastrophic injuries maximise their independence, wellbeing, vocational and personal aspirations, and quality of life.
Our values are founded on compassion, integrity, collaboration, and excellence. We are committed to evidence-based practice, promoting wellbeing, accessibility, and inclusive cultures where people are recognised, valued, and supported to succeed and flourish. We strive to deliver professional, responsive, and ethical services that inspire confidence, promote independence, and create lasting, positive change for the individuals, families, organisations, and communities we serve.

We provide high-quality, evidence-based services across a wide range of settings. We work collaboratively with individuals and their families, as well as employers, insurers, solicitors, local authorities, government organisations, educational settings, and healthcare professionals, delivering practical, tailored solutions that achieve meaningful outcomes.
Our comprehensive services include vocational rehabilitation, disability management, capacity assessments, advocacy, consultancy, training, and medico-legal services. Whether supporting someone to return to work, identify new vocational opportunities, adapt to life following injury or illness, access appropriate services, or providing expert clinical opinion, we place the individual at the centre of every decision.

We understand that living with mental health needs, neurodivergence, neurological conditions, or recovering from serious or catastrophic injuries can result in diverse and often complex support needs. That’s why we work in partnership with the people we support, listening carefully, respecting their choices, and empowering them to achieve outcomes that matter most to them.
Together, we help people move forward with confidence, purpose, and opportunity.
Our mission is to remove barriers, create opportunities and support people to participate fully in work, life and their communities.
