Education Providers

We work with education providers to help individuals with disabilities, neurological conditions, neurodivergence and mental health needs explore their potential, develop meaningful career pathways and prepare for transitions from education into employment, further training or other vocational opportunities.

Our services include vocational assessment and rehabilitation, disability management and analysis, neurodiversity coaching, functional assessment and advocacy. We can help individuals identify their strengths, interests, abilities and support needs, explore realistic career opportunities and develop practical pathways towards employment, further education, training, apprenticeships, volunteering or other meaningful activity.

We work collaboratively with education professionals, careers teams, individuals and their wider support networks to identify barriers and develop practical strategies that support career planning, work readiness, workplace transitions and sustainable employment. This can include consideration of reasonable adjustments, functional and vocational needs, job demands and the support required to succeed in future education or employment settings.

Our advocacy services can support individuals to express their aspirations, participate in decisions about their future and ensure their voice is central to education, transition and career planning.
