Clinical Expert Witness Services
Our Clinical Expert Witness service provides independent, objective, and evidence-based expert opinion in relation to care quantum and rehabilitation needs assessments for both adults and children, supporting the courts in determining an individual’s past, present, and future care, rehabilitation, support, supervision, and case management requirements following injury or illness.

We accept instructions from claimant and defendant solicitors, as a Single Joint Expert (SJE), insurers, and the courts, delivering impartial, CPR-compliant reports that assist with fair, evidence-based outcomes.
Our experts have extensive experience assessing adults and paediatric clients with acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy, progressive neurological disorders, mental health conditions, neurodivergence, serious or catastrophic injuries, and other complex disabilities. We provide expert opinion on past, current, and future rehabilitation, together with comprehensive assessment of care and support needs, case management, therapy provision, assistive technology, aids/adaptations and equipment, functional independence, activities of daily living, educational support where appropriate, and the likely impact of rehabilitation on future independence, participation, quality of life, and long-term care needs.
Detailed Reviews
Every assessment is undertaken in accordance with the expert witness’s overriding duty to the court. Our reports are comprehensive, balanced, and based on a detailed review of the available evidence, clinical assessment where appropriate, and current best practice.
Equitable Outcomes
Combining clinical expertise with specialist rehabilitation and vocational knowledge, we deliver robust, transparent, and defensible expert evidence for personal injury, clinical negligence, and other civil litigation, supporting informed decision-making and equitable outcomes for all parties.
