Government & Public Sector

We work with government departments, public bodies, public sector organisations and commissioned employment service providers to improve employment outcomes for people experiencing disability, health-related and complex barriers to work.

We provide specialist neurological, neurodiversity, mental health, disability and vocational rehabilitation support that complements wider employability and employment programmes. Our services include vocational assessment and rehabilitation, disability management and analysis, functional capacity evaluation, job demands analysis and neurodiversity coaching.

With particular expertise in neurological conditions, neurodivergence and mental health, we provide personalised and more intensive specialist interventions for individuals experiencing disability, complex health needs or multiple barriers to employment. We help people identify their strengths, understand and address barriers, develop vocational goals and create realistic pathways towards meaningful and sustainable employment.

Recognising the barriers and poor workplace experiences that neurodivergent people can face, we also provide specialist neurodiversity training and consultancy for frontline professionals and employment services. Our training helps professionals develop greater awareness, confidence and practical skills when supporting neurodivergent individuals, including inclusive communication, strengths-based approaches, reasonable adjustments and reducing barriers to participation and employment.
