Neurodiversity Coaching

Supporting people to understand their strengths, overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

Neurodiversity Coaching

At Neuro Routes, our neurodiversity coaching provides personalised, practical support to help neurodivergent individuals better understand their strengths, identify barriers and develop strategies that work for them in everyday life, education and employment.

We recognise that there is no single way to think, learn, communicate or work. Our coaching is strengths-based, person-centred and focused on understanding and valuing difference.

Who we support

We work with adults and young people transitioning into adulthood, including people who are autistic, have ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia or other forms of neurodivergence. A formal diagnosis is not always necessary.

Coaching is tailored to the individual’s needs and goals and may include support with:

  • Executive functioning, organisation and planning
  • Time management and prioritisation
  • Communication and self-advocacy
  • Confidence and self-awareness
  • Managing workload and competing demands
  • Developing practical and sustainable strategies
  • Entering, returning to or remaining in employment
  • Career development and progression
  • Workplace relationships and expectations
  • Identifying and communicating reasonable adjustments
  • Managing transitions and change

Workplace Neurodiversity Coaching

We work with individuals, employers, HR teams and occupational health professionals to help create inclusive working environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.

Our wider expertise in vocational rehabilitation, disability management and workplace support allows us to consider the interaction between neurodivergence, health, disability and employment, particularly where an individual’s circumstances are more complex.

Our Approach

Coaching is collaborative, respectful and focused on what matters to the individual. Together, we develop realistic strategies that can be applied in everyday situations and adapted as circumstances change.

We welcome self-referrals and referrals from families, employers, insurers, solicitors, case managers, education providers, occupational health services and public sector organisations.
