Neuro Routes is pleased to be attending FBE Lancashire’s Stronger Foundations: Mental Health & Safety in Construction event, bringing together professionals from across the construction and built environment sectors to focus on mental health, wellbeing and workplace safety.
The construction industry continues to face significant challenges around mental health and wellbeing, making opportunities to share knowledge, strengthen workplace cultures and develop more inclusive approaches particularly important.
At Neuro Routes, our work focuses on helping people to return to work, remain in employment and thrive at work following illness, injury or other barriers to employment. Through our vocational rehabilitation, neurodiversity coaching, case management and training services, we recognise the importance of considering health, wellbeing and employment together rather than in isolation.
The event also aligns closely with our commitment to improving mental health within the workplace and our charity partnership with Mates in Mind, which works to raise awareness and improve mental health across construction and related industries.
We are looking forward to attending, learning from others across the sector and developing new connections with organisations committed to creating safer, healthier and more inclusive workplaces.
Embracing Inclusion. Celebrating Difference. Creating Opportunity.
