Neuro Routes is delighted to be attending the Mastering Diversity Conference Wales 2026 in Cardiff on 10 September.

Built around the powerful message “We Go Together or Not at All,” the conference brings together people and organisations committed to creating more inclusive workplaces, services and communities.

This strongly aligns with our work at Neuro Routes.

We believe that inclusion means recognising and valuing difference, understanding the barriers people can experience, and creating meaningful opportunities for everyone to participate and thrive.

Our work supports people with neurodivergence, neurological conditions, mental health needs, disability and serious or catastrophic injury, alongside the employers, professionals and organisations supporting them.

Through vocational rehabilitation, disability management, neurodiversity support, training and consultancy, rehabilitation case management and expert services, we aim to help remove barriers and create sustainable opportunities across employment and wider life.

The Mastering Diversity Conference is particularly exciting because its ambition extends beyond conversation. It brings people together to share experience, challenge established thinking and identify practical actions that can create lasting change.
